Minimally invasive laser surgery
| Lasers are gentler, less invasive alternatives in many important areas of dentistry. They replace many dental instruments, support the healing of the gums, periostium, dental roots and bones, and facilitate minor surgical interventions. In many cases they replace drills - especially for patients with dental anxiety. | ![]() |
| Germicidal effect Laser treatment of the gums consists of the targeted, complete removal of calculus, whereby the root cementum is carefully protected. The high water absorption of the laser wavelengths ensures that the moisture in the germ cells evaporates. The cell membrane then bursts, killing the germs. |

| Faster wound healing Surgical interventions in which lasers are used are automatically contactless and free of necrosis. Thus, wounds heal faster and without postoperative complications. |
